Patrick J. Hines, CPA
Born in Parkersburg, WV in 1951, Pat graduated from Parkersburg Catholic High School in 1969. He graduated Cum Laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1973, majoring in History and Liberal Arts. He received his accounting education from West Virginia University at Parkersburg and Glenville State College 1983-1988.
Patrick is a Certified Public Accounting, licensed in Ohio and West Virginia. He is currently Chief Financial Officer at MEP&B, and has served as City Auditor of the City of Belpre, Ohio since May 1997.
As Auditor of the City of Belpre, he has received the Financial Reporting Achievement award from the Government Finance Officers Association and has been recognized for outstanding commitment to excellence in financial reporting by the Auditor of State of the State of Ohio.
