Julie attended Calhoun County High School, graduating in 1982.  She received Computer Training and Business and Office Technology Training at Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center.  She joined the MEP&B staff in Fall 1999 after holding a number of positions at Roane General Hospital from 1997-1999.
